Keith is the Owner, founder and Executive Director of Squadronez Ltd. He had a successful 25-year technical and operational career in telecommunications globally, which led to him holding in the last 10 years several C’ level executive positions. His passion for Technology and Aviation led Keith to combine them and enter the Drone Services Industry in 2022. The Industry is exciting and innovative, with new ways of using Drones and Intelligent technology to enhance everyday life for everyone, whether it is church roof inspections, cinematography at a festival or event or a search and rescue for missing persons, supporting local authorities and emergency services.

Although Keith spends more time on the strategy of the business and operational workings, he is a qualified Drone pilot with A2 COFC, GVC and OFQUAL Level 5 (Chief Pilot), OFQUAL Level 5 (Drone Operations Management) accreditations.

With a working career starting in CAD/GIS and his technical experience throughout his career, his specialist subjects in Drone Services are engineering-based inspections and GIS/Mapping execution projects.

Howard is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Squadronez Ltd. He has a successful 25-year operational career in telecommunications within the UK. Howard has always held a strong passion for photography and cinematography from a young age; he has undertaken many projects over the years as a freelance photographer but is now excited he has the chance to bring this passion together for clients with new technology and innovations at the heart of it all.

Navigating the aerial realm requires a unique blend of technical finesse and creative vision, and Howard has honed these skills through countless hours of flight. With state-of-the-art equipment and a deep understanding of aerial dynamics, I'm committed to delivering once-impossible shots.

Beyond the stunning visuals, I believe in the power of storytelling. My goal is to capture remarkable images and weave them together into narratives that resonate. Whether it's a sweeping landscape, an urban sprawl, or an action-packed sequence, we at Squadronez strive to create visual stories that linger in the viewer's mind.

Nick is an Executive Consultant for Squadronez. He has had a 20+ year professional sports career, playing Cricket for Sussex and England U21 as a wicketkeeper. Nick now enjoys imparting his experience and skills in a professional coaching and mentoring career specialising in cricket, working with clubs and organisations within the UK and Internationally.

Nick is driven by a deep love for both the game and personal development; he has dedicated his career to refining athletic skills and fostering essential life skills. He firmly believes that the lessons learned on the field translate into success far beyond the game.

Nick has a passion for driving sports performance with new ways of working and is spearheading Squadronez drive to become a premier technology-based company that can assist the top teams, players and coaches in analysing imagery data through a combination of drone technology and sensor-based analysis software.

Hannah has joined Squadronez, looking after our overall social media presence and media marketing activities. Hannah left school after studying Business and has shown a real passion and flare for everything digital; her expertise lies in creating data-driven strategies that amplify brand presence, drive engagement, and foster meaningful connections across social channels. Hannah is a passionate advocate for the power of digital media, her commitment to staying current with industry developments ensures that Squadronez delivers strategies that are not only effective but also innovative.

Andrea Rowley

Andrea has practiced as a Solicitor for over 20 years. Before this, she qualified with an LLB (Hons) degree, before completing the Bar vocational course to qualify as a Barrister. Andrea was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2000 and is a member of Lincolns Inn, Inns of Court,

In her role at Squadronez, Andrea will ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, reviewing changes to the law within the industry and overseeing the business’s general legal functions in day-to-day operations.
